Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.

How to return? Send an email to tibo.penneman@telenet.be with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.

Return shipping costs: The cost of returning items is at the customer's expense.

Refund: Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
